2024 Year End Review
Closing out 2024, it has been another outstanding year to be part of the Edison47 family. We broke into new markets, expanded familiar ones and continue to do what our team does best, curate positive resident experiences and increase asset profitability for our ownership groups.
LEASE UP
This year, Edison47 opened three exciting new projects to market! Construction delays moved the project’s opening dates but our outstanding leasing teams weathered the associated challenges with the poise and precision only an experienced team can deliver. This year we welcomed Hue Apartments (94 units) in Redmond, WA, the second phase of Pottery Creek (192 units) in Port Orchard, WA, and Hudson at Mill Pond (58 units) – our newest BTR community in Yelm, WA.
MANAGEMENT ACQUISITIONS
Edison47 welcomed The Grand on Broadway (140 units) in Tacoma, WA to the portfolio. The Grand has been a stand-out property in the highly competitive downtown area of Tacoma. We are excited to jump in on bolstering the resident experience, working with ownership to update the suite of services available to residents and complete some owner requested updates to the property.
LOOKING AHEAD
2025 will be another year of growth for Edison47. With multiple management acquisitions scheduled in the first half of the year we look forward to bringing Edison47 brand of trusted, tested and innovative property management services to more exciting assets in the future. Multiple development projects slated for delivery in early 2026 will be keeping our consulting teams busy throughout the year!
